I thought the Business matrix was cool. I had never created one like that and it was confusing at first but then it made a lot of sense once we started going over the matrix.
I had not really thought about putting the church in a matrix. However it gave me a different appreciation for how business is done and a better understanding of the church organization.
I thought the end of class was the most intriguing it was the circles drawn on the board regarding the most inner circle was the personal section, if you are not trustworthy then there is no possibility to re-align the company.
