Organization Management

In class we discussed several topics however there were 3 topics that were particular interest to me.

1. The first was the grid of courage and consideration. The more you consider others and have courage to perform you always win.

2. There are four types of management
Butter up
Beat up
Control and Focus
Heart is the best it give the grid and gives tough love - it is always the Win-Win

3. Five parts to correct principals of management:
Intra-personal (Personal Trustworthiness)
Inter-personal (Trusting Others)
Teams / Managerial (Empowerment)
Organization (Alignment)
Client Level
